How to use Live Chat:
To start Live Chat with the lady you like, you should click on the link "Start Live Chat" in the lady's profile. If the lady is online, you will see a new window "RomanticTours Chat Room" and the chat will get started. If a lady is inviting you to have a chat with her, you will be notified by a pop-up window emerging in the left upper corner of the site. You can either accept or reject the invitation. In case you simply ignore this notification window, it will close in 30 seconds automatically.
Chat room window is devided into several areas: header, chat console, video streaming screen, active chat sessions block and contact list.
In the header you can observe your current balance and chat time.
Chat console is the main element of the window for proper chatting.
Video streaming screen, when on, shows you the video from ladies webcams. You can turn the video on and off at will. Notification 'Web camera is off' means that the lady does not have her webcam working at the moment.
Active chat sessions block contains all your active chats at the moment and helps you navigate through them by mouse-click. To stop an active chat session just click on the respective cross icon. The envelope icon signals that you have a new unread message from a lady. You can always be aware of how much time the certain chat session has been continuing.
Contact list is a list of your interlocutresses. You can delete ladies from this list at need. Green/red circle indicates whether the lady is online or offline.
To break all current chat sessions you can just close the Chat room window. To close a specified active chat session, you should click a cross icon related to the session (to the right from the lady's name in the Active chat sessions block).
If the lady you are trying to invite is offline, you have a chance to send her a chat invitation, in which you can schedule the next chat session. It allows you to invite any lady you like to a live chat at a date and time convenient for you. Please, note, that all chat invitations are processed according Kiev timezone. Current Kiev time and date are displayed for you on the sending form. Sending chat invitation is FREE of charge.
You are charged minutely for using Live Chat and Video Streaming according to the current tariff. Live Chat and Live Video Streaming are two separate charges. If you are using the Instant Messaging service (live chat) with a lady and viewing the live video stream (from her webcam) at the same time, you will incur both Live Chat charges, as well as Live Video Streaming charges. You will not incur a charge until you actually receive a reply from a lady if you are an initiator of a chat. You will not incur a charge until you accept chat invitation from a lady by clicking 'Accept' button in the notification window.
